I see you offer membership to OKP.  Is paid membership require to participate with OKP?
   
  ANSWER:
 

Absolutely not.  Our paid membership is offered to give those who frequent our events and purchase our merchandise a way to get discounts on their purchases.  It is not require in any way.  There are however member benefits that come from paid membership like advance early registration.

I have a group and we have monthly events.  Is there an easier way to submit my information for listing on this website?
   
  ANSWER:
 

Yes.  Please submit your event information via a spreadsheet file (excel, lotus, works, etc...) via our email address at info@okpagan.com.  This is actually the preferred way for large listings that span multiple months.

QUESTION:
  Why does OKP no longer list shop information?
   
  ANSWER:
  OKP has changed its policy because too many times people would list their shops and events and then change their email addresses or go out of business without contacting us to remove the listing.  Therefore we have decided to remove that aspect from our services.

  OKP now offers classes.  I thought OKP wasn't tradition specific?
   
  ANSWER:
 

OKP is not Tradition Specific.  OKP has for years affiliated itself with groups and events that they understood the integral processes of and felt comfortable in lending its name to them as a co-sponsor.  The classes that are being taught are basic classes in Witchcraft.  They are not training in any specific Tradition or Path.  The material has all been presented to OKP in advance and is in keeping with OKP tenants and by-laws.

   
   
   
QUESTION:
 

I'm not yet 18.  Why does OKP not allow me to attend classes or events they sponsor or to list my website/group/events?
   
  ANSWER:
 

You are still a minor.  OKP recognizes that your intent and want may be real and pure, but we cannot take a chance on a legal conflict with your parent's or guardians.  We will not list events, groups, or forms that solicit information from minors or geared toward minors.  If your guardian accompanies you and provides proof of their guardianship then you can attend our events.
   
   
   
QUESTION:
  Why can't I pay at the door/gate for classes and events? 
   
  ANSWER:
 

OKP wants to provide you with the most secure and pleasant event/class.  Therefore we require pre-registration to preserve space and quality of functions.  In the case of our events they are usually weekend inclusive therefore we have to be able to purchase the correct amount of provisions so we have enough for everyone yet there is little to no waste.
